Nov 29, 2007 I receive a 3 percent raise per year, which only adds up to a small increase in my hourly pay rate. By the way, this is a nonunion facility in a right-to-work state.

Until u reach top step, one gets two raises a year, one on their anniversary date and one in July. I only get the July one. This year it was about 4%.

Just had my 90 review and it was great. However, there was no raise associated with the review. I have been asking around on the floor and everyone is pretty hush-hush about $$ here.Only one other new RN told me that she also didn't recieve a raise. I asked teh charge RN (whom i am close to) and her response was: "I am not sure what the policy is with new RNs now"She's an ace with policy so it's kinda weird that she is "not sure" So here's my ?: Should I have rec'd a raise? If so how much? If not when should I expect to get one or talk about one?Thanks All

Nov 29, 2007 we get a raise every year. i got $4.07 more an hour raise a few weeks ago when raises were due. we also get $2. 400 . a year retention bonus. just for staying there. besides we have the baylor program and weekend differentials. we work 36 and get paid for 40 hours a week.so it's not to bad.
AprilRNhere 699 Posts Specializes in RN- Med/surg. Nov 29, 2007 I'm a new RN...and not sure of the amount..but I was told we get 2 raises a year. One cost of living increase...and one true raise. There was no raise at review time. I was told I'd get my first true raise at 1 year of employment...but they go based on 1 year of hours worked full time. So...if you're a part time employee it may take longer than a year.

CocoaGirl 52 Posts Nov 30, 2007 The "largest dialysis company" in the US gives one raise per year up to a max of 4%, but no one ever gets the max of 4% because that leaves no room for "improvement". Average is 2-2.5% until you are maxed out in your job category range, then you get a joke of a "bonus". (one person got $90, yes ninety dollars, an employee who has been with the company > 15 yrs). Would love to know what the two co-CEO's salary & raises are. The amount of our raises don't even keep up with inflation. UGH!!
