Is PearsonVue ever wrong???

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

Hi all, I have been reading posts since I have started school over a year ago and have never posted until now. I am so upset I took the NCLEX-PN on 11/20 and paid the 9.95 to get my results and they said I passed!! But there is yet to be a license issued on the BON?!?!? I am so confused because 2 girls took it after me and they are already posted :( Could PearsonVue be wrong and I flunked after all?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am in agony over all of this!!

Thank in advance!!

Could be your paperwork is messed up. Check that out first. They didn't tell you passed when you didn't.

If they told you that you passed then you passed, congratulations.

Thank you soooo much I think I am about to have a stroke here!!! I was getting soooo nervous, maybe they lost my paperwork. LOL!!! I just never heard of PearsonVue being wrong and its taking longer than my other classmates and I am about to have a nervous breakdown because of it!! Thank you for your input!!!

Usually their word is pretty solid. Can't remember a post where anyone said they were wrong. Probably best to call your board of nursing and find out about the delay.

I passed and Pearson Vue had my results up exactly 48 hrs post test. My BON didn have my liscense number issued until a week later. I know several who took NCLEX in this state and the BON had their results up the day after they passed. So I wouldnt worry. If it says you passed, you passed!

As everyone said, it's far more likely that the BON is just slower to put up the results. That's why you pay the fee to Pearson for quick results!

Congratulations, nurse!

Never heard of Pearson being wrong before. Congratulations!!! It's probably just your paperwork that's causing the delay.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! You all have calmed me down, I will just wait patiently (or remain as calm as I possibly can) Thanks again!!
