I passed the TEAS!

Yay i just had to tell somebody. I finished just about an hour ago. It was computerized and so my results were in immediately. I received an 86.5% (which is passing for a junior college) so I was pretty happy. My first step is complete now just have to wait for nursing school to start. :yeah:

Um for the math there were quite a bit with fractions. so know how to add, multiply, divide, and subtract them. There were a few ratio questions as well. There were a couple where u just subtracted large numbers. Know your simple measurements such as kilograms to milligrams, pounds to kg. Oh percentages, like this person makes this much a month but 65% gets taken out so what are they left with. there were a couple of those. The math was pretty basic stuff.

Science was my worst subject. There were about five or so questions with the body which i thought there was going to be less. They had a genetics question, one with the rock cycle, and one about the hydrologic cycle. A question about those DNA chains which i have no clue. lol. Also another question dealt with primary consumers/feeders. I can't be too much help with the science since i didn't understand all of them.

Sorry for being everywhere. I was looking through the study guide while writing this.

You did awesome. Congratulations!!! :yeah:

Congratulations! Isn't that a great feeling! I took mine back in July and I remember how good it felt. You made it over another hurdle. Good luck with everything else:yeah:

that is such a competitive score!

congratz!

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :yeah: That must be such a wonderful feeling for you. I took mine about 2 weeks ago and I did well on 3 out of 4. I failed the science section and reading about your test it seems like we got the exact same test. I did really really badly and I am retaking it again next week. I hope I will have good news to share too next week.

Congratulations again and good luck with nursing school.

that is such a competitive score!

congratz!

I thought you were escorted out of the country? Wherever you are, Welcome Back.
