I passed!!!!

Congratulations!!!

I want to thank everyone on this board. I suggest to all nursing students to take time out each and every day to read this board, it helps. I learn alot off of this board. While I was in school I started working LTC a day and a half a week. I have been working fulltime this summer. I would like to get into Hospice nursing or Community Health. For now I am staying where I am. Good luck to everyone that is testing this week.

Congratulations. I, too, started nursing later in life and it has been the joy of my life (excepting kids and grandkids!). I predict good things for you.

Welcome to the jungle, and of course Congratulations!

I took the RN NCLEX on Wednesday August 29 and found out on Friday I passed! I am so excited. This journey is over for now. I started school at age 41 and am now 44. I was a stay at home mom prior to that. This has really built my confidence and now feel if i can conquer three years of nursing schol while raising a teen ager I can conquer anything. I plan to go on for my BSN but am taking a break and working full time, I have to put my daughter through cosmetolgy school now. :balloons:

(I had 94 questions on my exam.)

Congratulations !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I became a nurse, and am currently a stay at home mom. Looking forward to returning to the nursing profession upon my husband's retirement from the military. Five kids; three of which are teenagers, college costs staring me in the face (My three teens will all be in college within two years), I am going to have to return to work.
