1:57, 1:58, 1:59, 2:00!! I passed!!

I can't believe it. I am still in disbelief that I am actually a registered nurse. I took my test on Tuesday 8-28-2007 and my test time was 2:00. After 75 questions that computer didn't shut off so I was certain that I was going to get all 265, but I got to 77 and the computer just shut off. It scared the crap out of me. Not because I thought I failed, but it just scared me and I actually jumped. And then I got an immediate feeling of panic. I didn't feel like I could possibly have gotten enough correct to pass, but I also felt like I couldn't have possibly gotten so many wrong that I failed.

Well, I checked like every 5 hours JUST IN CASE they were deciding to be nice, but the cruel people make you wait EXACTLY 48 hours. I checked at 1:57. 1:58, 1:59, and then again and 2:00..

Anyway, I am SOOO happy that I passed. I start a nursing job in the ER at the local hospital on September 17th, so I guess that is my next challenge. I am ready to face it though. Good Luck to everyone taking their NCLEX and congratulations to people that have passed.

Feel free to put your story on how to found out you passed!!

Have a B-E-A-U-tiful Day!!:balloons:
