HR screening interview

Just need some wisdom. I'm a new grad RN and have my first HR "screening interview" tomorrow. Any tips on what they're looking for versus a nurse manager interview? Many thanks!

They usually ask basic questions. Strengths, weaknesses, why you are interested in the unit you applied to and that particular hospital .

Specializes in public health, women's health, reproductive health.

Probably good to know the mission and values of the hospital and how you fit in or will contribute to them. Good luck to you.
