HR screening interview

Just need some wisdom. I'm a new grad RN and have my first HR "screening interview" tomorrow. Any tips on what they're looking for versus a nurse manager interview? Many thanks!

    They usually ask basic questions. Strengths, weaknesses, why you are interested in the unit you applied to and that particular hospital .
