How is the BSN entry level program at Nova Southeastern University?

You have classes at both campuses? Im not sure about the patch if it's the same if ur going kendall...You have to call them and ask?

One more week you guys!!! YAAYY!!! I'm a little stressed because my financial aid awards still have not been posted and I'm currently still listed as an out of state student..and last but not least I ordered the tops to my scrubs about a week ago and they still haven't arrived... I called the person who is in "charge" of the orders and he was supposed to transfer me to the "manager" and no one has returned my calls.. lol..I guess I just need to continue to pepper them until someone gives me some type of info on where the heck my scrubs are...the drama is never ending with NOVA! lol

I can't wait!!! All of my friends started school today and I'm actually jealous haha

Hey Danes, well i just called the bookstore to see about my lab coat I had placed SW campus on it since when i called my counselor she said thats the Miami campus and whatever my VIP page says to put it so i ordered it like that... THEN TODAY i called to see what the hold up was since I had ordered almost a month ago... the lady at the bookstore advised me that I had the WRONG Campus on it... no matter if you're going to kendall or not we are still considered the MAIN CAMPUS... now she has to see why they are advising students of this and to see how many others ordered it the same way... she has to now stop my order from the vendor and see if the patch has not yet been embroidered onto it.. if it has then i have REPAY for my lab coat!! Can you believe that... she said that it shouldnt have give me the option to say SW Campus Miami or whatever it said it should have prompted all of us to the Davie patch cause Ft. Meyers has a completely different patch than the main campus in davie... the color and everything is different.... I AM SOOOO FURIOUS!!! Now who knows whats going to happen, i should know within the next 24-48 hours at the latest since she is trying to rush the STOP on it.... now who knows how long its going to take to get the lab coat in!!! And NOVA wants us to have it during our first semester..... huh i wonder how many people are going to have theirs on time!!!

As far as the font its a regular morificecript font there is no cursive or anything i already ordered the rest of mine last Friday and they take a week to get here from another store... so i should be getting them sometime this week or the latest monday... I AM NOT planning on wearing business clothes for school lol... SCRUBS it is!!!

I got an email from Professor **** but she didnt say anything about the comfortable shoes thing.... hmmmm im confused lol... well hope this info helped out... GRRR so angry at them!!!:madface:

what a mission! Sorry to hear about the lab coat ordeal Jerziana. I havent ordered mines yet, But i did order scrubs 3 weeks ago and my order is still "processing"! . Also I am still being charged out of state tuition a week before classes start, I sent all my paperwork back in may!. GRRRR!.

Marcy, i know i am still furious about the lab coat..... lets see what they tell me within the next couple of days... I wonder why they still have you as an out of state student, i am pretty sure they know you arent but just for reassurance i can see why you would be all over it.. i would call again and demand an answer cause mine changed almost now 3 weeks ago... I also just got an email saying that person was my counselor but nothing stating the shoes part. One week away and to think of all the waiting... by the way did you see that on the anatomy syllabus it stated the 11th edition as the textbook but there is also a 12th edition and i know they advised us to get the most current one...... did you order anything yet? I am confused now about the anatomy book??? The syllabus says one thing however there is a 12th edition????

Jerziana, the nsu bookstore has the seeleys anatomy book as the one required for section E2 but the syllabus says it's the other book. So I'm even more confused since I already got the seeleys book. That really sucks. I'm just going to wait until orientation to see which is the correct book. Did you get my last email?

oh dont tell me that? I have ordered the Physiology and Dimensional Analysis books just last night, got the Fox 11th edition one after some looking up if thats the latest edition. I have a friend in her 3rd semester who told me that is the book they have used.

I was told different. For that section of the anatomy the book that shows up at the bookstore is the seeleys. Oh well, I only paid $63 for it, so it's not that bad. Maybe I can resell it on eBay if it's nit the right book. That sucks. Patiance is a virtue that I have not mastered yet. Lol
