How is the BSN entry level program at Nova Southeastern University?

Hey I have a question for those starting in Fall2010 How much did u guys have to pay overall; including tuition,fees,scrubs,books, any other expenses?

Nursekitty- the bookstores online site says the seelys, but at the actual bookstore they are selling the fox book

When I went and gave them the class info the computer said the seeleys so it's no biggy. Like I said I'm just going to be out of $63. It's only money. Lol. Not really but there is nothing else that I can do.

My fee was $7,707.00 but I'm going to waive the insurance fee.

okay is it just me or is Nova's financial fees so confusing?!I don't know which amount I am suppose to pay for. Did anyone get an email about "ebill"? I don't know what this amount is for but it's different from my current account status. ughhh! I tried calling the financial office but its always busy.

Was that only tuition, or all the fees?

I have a quick question. Did anyone get accepted to Nova without taking Microbiology lab. I am enrolled in the lab right now but I think I want to drop it before the drop period so that it does not leave a "W" on my transcript.

Nova is so so random I have 2 W's one for micro and one for the lab the following semester I retook only Micro. so yes I got in w/o the lab = )

you don't need the lab for Nova but you need it for all other nursing programs. so if your set on Nova then that's fine but if you would be applying to other school then I would keep it. i put all my eggs and one basket with Nova and thank god I got in. = )

Wow jerziana, I can't believe that. They should have explained everything to you, and hopefully all that gets taken care of soon. I know I'm not going to have my lab coat on time (thats for sure) and are we allowed to wear the scrubs first semester as soon as we get them? I feel like I'm doing everything last minute and as if I'm missing stuff lol. I guess its just nova itself, but o well. Btw jerziana, which uniform store did you go to?
