Help me how to be USRN im from PH :(

You can not get a ssn until you have legal right to work in the usa. Ca is very strict about clinical and class being done at the same time.

once you get a ssn number I would apply to be a diaylisis tech. It will get your feet in the door. Congrads on your marriage.

my fiance will petition me for fiance visa this year he lives in CA

Question #1: how to be a USRN?

i have no SSN i do not know how to apply for CA-NCLEX? options are to review here and take exam in the US or take exam here and submit SSN if i im there already? is it possible?

Question #2: how to be a hemodialysis nurse in US?

i am certified renal nurse in the Philippines but if i can, ofcourse i want to practice and enhance my expertise in the US

Can't help but notice your post. Allow me to answer some of your questions..

1) Nowadays, you cannot really apply for an eligibility assessment if you do not have a SSN. It is a mandatory requirement. Unless you want to apply to a state where they do not require a SSN in the assessment phase. If successful, you can always have your records endorsed to CA to be able to get an RN card and practice. But that will take time and money.

2) Let's face the facts here. Being a renal nurse in the Philippines does not (sometimes) guarantee that you will be recognize as a renal nurse in the U.S., particularly in CA. They have their own system and standards that an IEN should comply with. Granting they would recognize your certification in the U.S., you should have undergone a renal dialysis program that was hosted by recognized dialysis company/group in the U.S. For example, if you are trained by either the B.Braun or Fresenius (not U.S. companies FYI) in the Philippines, you can probably coordinate with their people on how to determine if you can be certified to practice as a HD nurse in CA.

Also, I cannot understand why you can't say the big 'YES' to your fiance. :-) Would this depend if you will be able to practice your profession or not? Anyway, it is up to you. ;-) Just wondering.

Final words... Do some research. It will help a lot to know the requirements and possibilities so that you can decide better.

i said yes already but the petition is on hold because of my masters. im on my last semester. :)

the wedding will happen next year at CA. and i will marry him no matter what. its a blessing though if i can be able to have a job there that i love, being a dialysis nurse. but regardless im gonna be his wife :) thank you for your concern :)

The advice of endorsing another out of state RN license into CA is not a guarantee at all. As you read of the hugh problem of many PH grads and nurses trying to become licensed in CA is nearly impossible now. Just read the many discussed topics that's been very well covered.

You do have other options: (a). go for the CA LVN license, then get enrolled into a LVN-RN bridge program (understand that you'll up against hundreds if not a thousand plus of just local CA students and many international students into very limited slots and allow yourself 2-3-4 years to get in, (b). go out of state for the RN license, but understand endorsing back into CA will not work as the CA BON does their evaluations and most likely if you graduated between 2004 to 2012, there's a very high chance your transcripts will not meet the CA BON concurrency rules and reason for the rejection of your endorsement application.

OR there's been recent developments of a few PH students or friends (SoCalNurse88 and several of Lyly's friends) who just got their ATT in CA and about to take the NCLEX-RN, here's their SUCCESS story, read on here: https://allnurses.com/world-nursing/received-att-california-832461.html What they have accomplished is that they no longer have to deal with issues of getting their applications denied by the CA BON. Congrats on your upcoming wedding!
