My advise is stick to one book and do a lot of q&a. Have you consider Suzanne's plan? I also have problems memorizing inmuniz and devel. stages. I am pretty good in meds though. Make yourself flash cards with the things that are harder to memo and say them at loud. Good luck next time, I am testing for the 3rd time.

You said you have Saunders right? Please consider doing Suzanne's Plan. You have a wonderful attitude regarding this set back. You can do this. You will do this. You will succeed and conquer the NCLEX. Good luck. Stay positive and best wishes. :heartbeat

If you want to use flashcards (good for taking some of them with you in your purse for those opportune moments), you can find tons of nursing flashcards on http://www.flashcardexchange.com. You can print them off (after paying a one time $20 fee to register). Or if you want, you can write them by hand and get reinforcement that way. Just another avenue for free info.
Step one of Suzanne's plan can be found in a sticky at the top of this forum. You start Step two after sending her a PM when you have finished step one. She gives all the info in the sticky. Don't know how long it takes to get the new test date. I imagine it wouldn't take too long. Just use the time to study! Good luck!:)

With my program, there is no way that you can test in a month; you will not be ready to test at least in my opinion.
When you sit for the exam again, you should be preparing as if you have never tested before, not as a continuation of what you did or did not do. None of the questions are going to be the same, it will be a completely different exam as if you have never written it before.
The first tip of my program can be found at the top of the NCLEX Forum.
Best of luck on your exam.

I also failed the exam a week ago. Just like you, I answered all 265 questions. I am waiting for my NCLEX performance report as to know what topics I need to focus more.
