    I also failed the exam a week ago. Just like you, I answered all 265 questions. I am waiting for my NCLEX performance report as to know what topics I need to focus more.

    Hi everyone! I took the exam last week and I failed. I was hoping somebody could help me with some questions regarding retaking NCLEX ASAP. 1.) What's the first step? Call the state board of nursing or just re-register again on Pearson Vue? 2.) How long before I receive my Candidate Performance Report?
