Where? Bay area California you're low balled. Florida you're doing good.
By gross I am guessing that you mean weekly taxable wages. Gross would mean all combined and totalled pay pre tax..
I'm sorry the first two package is for NY and the last one is CT

There is a free and fairly easy to use calculator just for comparing these complicated agency offers on a level playing field. You will see which one has the highest total pay or the highest net pay - both numbers being interesting for your analysis.
Sign up up for a free membership at PanTravelers - a nonprofit travelers association - to use this great tool.
I said fairly easy to use the calculator because the current version does force you to make one side calculation before entering the number. They are revamping the entire site including a much improved and easier to use calculator. I'm not sure when the new one is going live but for sure before the next travelers conference in Las Vegas. I believe that is in September.
There are associated guides for the calculator to aid you in using the numbers for negotiation, perhaps at no additional cost to the agency (changing your net pay, not gross pay) and additional tips. Lots of articles to read there including one specifically for negotiating travel contracts. That one may be for supporting members only though, not free members. But most of the content is free to basic members.
I do have a free membership with pantravelers I am just trying to get some input from travelers that are more experienced and travelling in the North East area, so that I can have an idea if this is the going rate for Tele and the area.
You have to be more specific. Manhattan is going to be way different than Buffalo.
The only way to get fair market prices for your experience and a given location is to have a relationship with several agencies. Pay can also be very fluid depending on current needs so someone else's pay package, even if quoted fully and accurately and in your specialty and where you want to go, is probably not relevant outside of a completely static market (which usually means lower pay). Kind of like asking someone with unknown negotiating skills what they paid for their new car in a slightly different model than you want with a different trim. Means nothing!
In other words, shop around!
