Help in need of advice

In need of help I am scared of losing my job due to fact that I had a patient fall and now we have conflicting stories. The patient is fine but I think I am at fault some how some way.

Stop the negative thinking. Answer your supervisor's questions as best you can and accept the situation for what it is. You can't "unfall" the patient no matter how sick you make yourself worrying about this.

Be honest. Don't hide facts or lie, but do not self incriminate yourself either based on some hunch that it may be your fault. Falls happen. While you need to prevent it from happening again, don't just assume you are at fault because it is your patient.

Falls will happen, despite all precautions. The patient is fine.. and looking for money.

The outcome depends on your documentation of the incident. You can add an addendum, preferably after speaking to your risk manager.
