I am just so EXCITED :p and I wanted to share it with everyone!! I thought

I wasn't going to graduate until May 2006 but I will be done December 2005!! Isn't that wonderful??!!

When I graduated..LOL, I missed my actual graduation to do this whole marry my hubby deal! LOL! BUT...I got the most wonderful and unique present from my class and teachers! I got kidnaped and taken to get a tattoo!!!!! Can you believe it!!!!! LOL! I got a Cadeusis (double winged serpent medical symbol) on my left scapula! My hubby, fiance at the time, was in on it too, and got one on his arm (paramedic). Funny thing is the classmates wanted to make sure it didn't show through my wedding dress...well it showed half way! LOL!!!! Oh it was hillarious, and I never blushed so much in my life..they loved it!!!!

I felt so wierd! The only nurse I knew with a tat! But guess what...now most of the nurses I know have one or more! LOL!!!!!!!! So I was thinking..hmmmmm...If I go to school for BSN...what's next???? LOL (NO piercings I know that!!!!! I already have 6 each ear, and one belly! but no one would know!!!!!! ;) ).

HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!! But don't get a piercing or tat unless you want too! LOL!!!!!!!!

Maybe I just think I will miss nursing school so much that I just wanted to stay a whole semester!! NOT!! No, I just miscalculated, that's all.

Hey, I got a tatoo too and most of the girls at my school does too. Also, I have a piercing in my belly button and holes in my ears and one at the top of my right ear lobe. I want my nose pierced for my birthday with a really tiny classy diamond. Do you think this will affect my nursing career??

My school doesn't have an actual graduation for December grads, have to wait for May 2005. We do have a pinning ceremony though, December 20th is the day of the pinning. I'm sooo excited. This is only the beginning though. Means nothing if I don't pass the NCLEX.

don't worry about it - mine does too! i'm just rapt that i've finally go to the end of it all! graduation here i come!!!:clown:

Um... I graduate in 26 days... and it has been so funny that I have made it this far and I have three tatoos, and none of my classmates suspect a thing.... plan to get another upon graduation... what did you say you got on your scapula?
