Good school that offers FNP programs online

Hi guys!! I am planning to pursue my nursing career to being a FNP. Any advice? I am currently looking for schools? Which school would you recommend? 100% online if possible. I am worried because most schools that I found on google are very aggressive when it comes to convincing you to enroll to their schools. Aren't graduate schools supposed to be hard to get into?

I liked frontier nursing university. They did have a gpa and nursing experience requirement and there are 2-3 in person requirements, but imo any online school worth their salt will want to see in person you are capable of being evaluated to perform a head to toe assessment before offering you anywhere near a clinical.

100% online should not be on your list of requirement for a program...

Unfortunately, you're only going to find that the 100% online schools are very aggressive recruiting students and will accept anyone with a pulse and a promissory note.

Your main criteria should be the reputation of the school for producing competent NPs. As djmatte stated above, any good program should have a requirement to come to campus for an on-site skills evaluation. I'd steer clear of anything that doesn't.

Hospitals are beginning to crack down on the hiring of online program graduates. Hospitals in my area won't even bother looking at your application if they see that you went to an online only school. I went to a 100% online program and while I passed the boards without any issue, if I had a chance to redo it I would have done a little more research and selected a different school.

South alabama, UAB good brick and morter programs online.

This is the first I have ever heard of this, what state is this?

Clarification question: Are you already an RN, or are you looking at a direct entry masters program?

I mean I don't mind going to the campus once in a while. I just need most of it online because I am working a full time job and also a mom. Can you recommend some schools? I am based in Florida

Georgetown and Simmons both have excellent online programs but do require workshop weekends.
