What does your payroll person say? Your checks may have been lost or intercepted. They have to know the problem is there before they can give you a straight answer.

check with payroll - there might be a reason that you can sort out, so that you will be paid

why quit?

(this had happened to me in the past, but after I phoned to inform, they always paid me)

before you quit find out what is going on. start with who you report to. if they don't have a clue then next is payroll or your human resources. you need some kind of income now. don't let them bully you and say they can't cut a check until such and such a time. be firm and direct. let us know how it goes. good luck.
