Can we do the physicals and immunizations at the clinic? I thought it said primary care physician. Either way, I just need to make sure I get in before August! So much to do!

Hey part time, do we need uniforms for this semester or next?

I just so happen to be on vacation in NYC for a month while these papers came in and are due. Fortunately, they are allowing you to send in the paperwork by e-mail, just as long as you get a very clear picture of the filled out forms. Thank God..

I got my lab polo in purple and turned all my paperwork in.

I was going to go Hamilton's uniforms but didnt have time. I googled address but in google map it shows in a different location. So if anyone knows which is accurate one please let me know.

Ok it appears that there is not a package code for a medical document manager, so you will need to contact your school to see if they have that information for you.

So when I turned in my papers today, a woman in the nursing office said that there is a "chat" button on Certifiedprofile.com and that we should click on that to see where we can find that area, but by the looks of what everyone is saying that doesn't help either. I will have to call tomorrow and find out. She also said maybe we just have to wait a few more days and it will show up.

I sent an E-mail to Sandra Krotov regarding my chat with certifiedprofile.com and I am waiting to hear back. We aren't seeing that option because it's not there for us to see. The code that we were given to register does not grant access to it...

Will Hamilton's be closed tomorrow?

I called CertifiedProfile.com and the representative said FSW has to give us a NEW code. He told me they might still be in the process of updating the system to include another package (aka compliance tracker).
