Did anyone get the email with all the paperwork we need to bring to clinicals? I noticed numbers 4 and 5 are the same document and that leaves me confused as to what module and test we have to read and complete.

I emailed Sandra at the Lee office and she said there is no deadline for the documents. I am assuming we need all the medical documents uploaded before clinical though.

I still have to get my influenza shot. Does anyone know where they are offering the shot now? I am also a dummy and turned in the original copies of my Physical to the nursing dept so now I am not sure what to upload. Ugh

Just curious, did everyone pay their tuition already?

I received emails too, although none with the syllabus.

I did do the titer, that's the thing. And it showed that I'm not immune to Hep B.

I do have the dates, but I only thought I should put the new date (when I begin the series again) because on the form it says anti-hbs titer and I won't have documented proof that I'm immune. Is the anti-hbs mandatory? if its not I will most likely just put the original dates I got them in 1994/1997 and get the series again for my own sake.

Thank you! I just figured it all out. I had my Hep B vaccinations back in 1997 and had the titer done and just received word that I am no longer immune so looks like I'll be getting the series again. Since I'm not immune anymore, I plan on putting the new #1 date for Hep B, but not sure what to put for the anti-hbs titer.. Maybe non-immune? and just put a note that I am receiving the series again? This paperwork is too much lol

I'm really confused about the difference between the Hep B #1,2, & 3 shots VS the Anti-HBs shot. Can anyone explain this to me?

I'm curious, will most of you be working while in the program? I'm in the FT program and really want to work, but I don't know if that will be too much. I wish I knew some students already in the program to get some insight.
