FSW Fall 2015

Florida Southwestern State College formerly Edison State College. I started thread for FSW but it is full with spring applicants. So I decided to start a new one for this upcoming fall.

Who is joining me next fall in nursing?

I plan to apply for Part-time or Lee full time. I have one more semester of pre-requisites. I am taking A&P 1, Micro, College Algebra and Nutrition. Kill me now. :arghh: lol A full time semester of craziness but almost done after that hopefully with pre-requisites with the exemption of A&P 2 and a humanities class.

I plan to take the Hesi in mid Feb or march and retake if needed at the end of April. Schedule has been posted and I plan to study a lot this winter break. So excited but so nervous.

    It says 11:00am on the paper, but I spoke with her a little while ago and she said she changed the time to 9:00am - 11:00am for that one.

    I don't understand what the "student attestation form" is for either.

    I believe the student attestation form is needed for when we begin clinical. The form appears to be needed to show that you are up-to-date with all of your immunizations and vaccinations. Because we will be doing patient care, the clinical facility needs to cover themselves and ensure we are vaccinated.

    I could not find this Attestation Form. Also,on the orientation, the checklist it states that a link will be sent to bucs email when it is available.

    I started a chat with a gal named Andrea at Certifiedprofile.com and explained to her what was on our checklist. She looked at my account and ultimately advised me to contact the the school. I know that under Document Center >My Documents, there is a Medical Record option and it prompts an upload option. Maybe that it what it is???

    Wow, so much to do. Leave it to days I am actually very busy since we are on vacation that the papers come in. The good thing is that we didn't leave town, so I am hoping to drop off everything today. I still have to continue looking at everything.
