I spoke to Onemoretime and we are very disappointed in the white scrub pant from Wonder Work. We ordered from Sew Shore per our instructions.(Collier County) They are so see through!! And the white tops The pockets in front are so obvious when you wear them. Tan/beige undergarments most likely will be seen because you can see skin through the pant and top. Ahh! I am not wearing Khaki pant,yet. it states scrub pant or khaki. I purchased two white and teal scrub pant.Two polo's and two scrub tops. I will invest more money later. If I remember to ask, maybe they will allow khaki scrub pant.? I want to bring my white pant to class to show how they look. I think we should be able to order a different thicker pant. I already have issue with white for one very good reason. it doesn't help that these are so thin!! jeez. Oh well. had to vent.

No. I haven't and Oncemoretime hasn't either. Not one class on Canvas. But some professors post last minute. Some of mine did in the past. I would end up printing the day of my first class. All this waiting..

(The Hep B, I think, you can just sign that waiver. My tetorifice was rejected because it didn't say TDaP. The health form said last tetorifice. It didn't say TDaP. I did get that done, but I didn't have documentation for it. So, I got a Td at my doctors and now I need to redo it and get the TDaP. Those hurt me! You can have Mr. Goodbar. I'll take a Caramello bar or Lindt milk chocolate truffles!!! Soooo good!) ___________________________________________________________________ My daughter LOVES Lindt milk chocolate truffles. Like Mamiluv said Polo and Khaki. Profess.P Zebrook. on Youtube orientation (8/6/15 publish date) states Polo, Scrub pant or khaki. Just for first day of school. This is stated 2:06 into the video. Since the orientation is universal it would be for everyone regardless of campus. For your shirt go to bookstore and get a polo there.The Lee campus is always stocked it seems. At least it was when I purchased my books.

AHH. Got Reject on MMR and Varicell incomplete! I went to the Health Dept. here in Collier. The ARNP knew what the vaccines were for. Even the pt info form on each vaccine indicated only the need for 1 shot. Not 2 series of MMR and Varicella. It was only indicated for Children. I hope I can get in tomorrow or Tuesday. They have to be 4 weeks apart for MMR and 28 days for Varicella. there's more money out the pocket! I am in process of HEP. B series and have to get 2nd shot on the 28th of August.(after clinicals) OH!!! and on top of that my HEP.B will get rejected also because i did not have positive anitbody titers done!! (was not aware had to have that in addition to HEP B series)Well gotta wait,our Director is gonna address them tomorrow. I didn't need titers. I don't feel well........ Nerves!!!!!! Need a Mr.Goodbar, Chocolate helps.

New email from our Director. She said: well my check off list states that the form(health)has to be returned to the Collier Nursing Office no later than Aug 7th. Gave mine to Edna(former Nursing Assistant)I gave her Hlth record, shot record and copy of BLS the immunization forms just stated download. I only gave because certified profile not working and deadline near. Guess I will have to get back.

I received this yesterday from the Program Director in response to my question through NUC-1000(collier) NUC 1000 - NURSING COLLOQUIUM (COLLIER) August 5, 2015 at 11:37am Reply Message actions HelloCharlene, You do not have to join a class on NUC-1000, the Faculty will put you into a group later. Right now you just need to be enrolled on the site for communication purposes - Announcements for updates, schedules, etc. Once I have assured that Certified Tracker is up and ready for uploads of documents and the Virtual Orientation is ready to launch I will contact the new students coming in. Thank you! It is a little crazy on this end! Professor B W (i don't think we can type full names. There is only one director with those initials anyway) I feel better now knowing that although the deadline is tomorrow I just have to wait. I handed all my papers in to Edna and scanned my Health report,shot card,and BLS card. Gonna wait till tomorrow(Friday) for books because of the zero tax for back to school.I will Save about 29.00 $$ for all the required books. (that is 3/4 of a tank of gas for me )

yeah, I spoke to Edna today at her new office in Bldg. M. She said to put stuff in Medical records with Certified Profile. I have to do now. Just got back from mall,been window shopping for new school year!! Jeez Tuition and now school clothes and supplies!!! I am getting a bit confused because each campus seems to be in different phases. Collier Campus NUC 1000 only has May 2015,December 2015, May 2016 and December 2016. Our class is not there? I did not receive this "attestation" form and am now confused with hospital module tests on canvas. I am gonna wait I guess.

I did also, Big 'ol RED Notice to drop classes if not paid by 11:59pm today.

HI Cjones003, I have not received anything. I sent a conversation to Barbara Ward, MSN-Ed, RN,CCRN regarding this Attestation form folks have been talking about. (i didn't receive) I am unsure if Edna is still helping the Nursing Dept. So I have just used the conversation module in the NUC 1000 as instructed. I asked if they will even look at Certified Profile for the medical records since no update. Collier is really behind I believe. Hope to hear something tomorrow before i head to campus. The last time i went there there wasn't anyone there. But, I want to ask about all the things that we are missing, like Orientation and syllabus for each class.
