FSW Fall 2015

Florida Southwestern State College formerly Edison State College. I started thread for FSW but it is full with spring applicants. So I decided to start a new one for this upcoming fall.

Who is joining me next fall in nursing?

I plan to apply for Part-time or Lee full time. I have one more semester of pre-requisites. I am taking A&P 1, Micro, College Algebra and Nutrition. Kill me now. :arghh: lol A full time semester of craziness but almost done after that hopefully with pre-requisites with the exemption of A&P 2 and a humanities class.

I plan to take the Hesi in mid Feb or march and retake if needed at the end of April. Schedule has been posted and I plan to study a lot this winter break. So excited but so nervous.

    I'm sure you will also need liability insurance as well. Even as a student

    Yeah- I called and she wouldn't give me much information other than to wait for them to send us what we will need to do. Luckily, I work in the hospital so I have my BLS, ACLS and what they have listed already done. I guess once they finish going through all of the profiles, we will get more information.

    That is great that you have those things already :) I just need a physical done... The rest I have done also. I'll be relieved when I get the packet in the mail lol

    Wouldnt the liability insurance be covered by the school, thats why they have the contracts with lee memorial. Thats what im assuming. Im a transfer student, but when we did our clinicals at the other school, the school had us covered. Guess we wait and watch for more info. The other school also had us do our CPR and AED certification during our first round of clinicals, the people came to our school and was included with our tuition.
