i would believe that fmc, fresenius, would want a nurse with dialysis experience or a person who was pct, background. i do not like fmc. i prefer davita:up:dialysis over fmc for a dialysis company.that's my answer. good luck!!!

At least you have 1 year of HOSPITAL experience as a Staff Nurse, having IELTS and NCLEX licenses is an advantage but not required. The rest are the same with other hospitals.

Who told you that NCLEX and IELTS passers are prioritized? What ive said it is an advantage but not required, i didn't say PRIORITIZE. Prioritize and Advantage is two different terms. Other readers might get confused.

i submitted my resume at fresenius last year and after 2-3 months i received an e-mail for an exam/interview..but i wasn't able to show up due to my work sched. i believe they offer 6 months free dialysis training (i'm not sure if you'll receive an allowance) then, two years contract..

yeah; irritating isn't it? go to school for 4 years, spend 1.6 - 2.4 million pesos for all your education and lodging and reviews and fees and such to get licensed as a nurse and end up making P9,000 a month.

but you're lucky... average nurse salary in RPH now has dropped to P6,500

no wonder so many nurses end up in call centers
