Found out schedule for ADN Program Fall 2012!!

Published

So by pure chance of luck and boredom, I decided to log into my student account for my school. You know, the site where you can register for classes, pay fees, etc. WELL! I was just thinking if my schedule for Fall would be showing yet since I had completed everything my school required (immunization records, cpr, etc.) So I went to view detail schedule for Fall 2012 and there it was! I mean it may change. Classes may be added since were still 2 months from starting or moved around, but still!

For my first semester I will be taking: Fundamentals of Nursing- Monday and Tuesday, Nursing Pharmacology 1- Mondays, and Fundamentals Clinical Lab- Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. This totals in 10 credit hours.

I'M SO FREAKING PUMPED!!!! Everyone waiting for the Fall to start your programs, try viewing your schedule to see if it has been posted up yet! You never know, it worked for me!

Congrats!! My schedule was up in May for the BSN. I'll be taking Intro into Nursing Research, Health Assessment, and Fundamentals of Nursing and my lab. So excited to actually be starting nursing school.

Congrats, I know how exciting it is! For my first semester we had Fundamentals on Tuesday from 8a-10:30am and one clinical day for 8 or 9 hours. I just recieved my maternity schedule, it is a 4 week class starting in 3 weeks, we will have class on Mondays from 4-7p and a clinical on Saturday from 7a-5:30p. I am excited also:)

I looked and my schedule was posted on wednesday! I'm in a bsn program so I'm taking Nursing fundamentals on wednesday, Nursing health and assessment on tuesday, Epidemiology on wednesday, and anthropology on monday and wednesday. I have a total of 13 credit hours. I'm pretty excited though, the anthro and epidemiology are the last two classes I have to take to complete the bsn requirements except for nursing classes of course :)

Yay! Exciting! We actually registered ourselves after orientation last month. I have lecture M & T, lab T, and clincals Wednesday. Super excited to have Th and F off!

When we are accepted we register whenever we are ready. I have Pharm Tues & Wed, Fundamentals Tues, Med/Surg Wed, Clinicals Thurs & Fri. We also have to sign up for one of four learning labs but there's no schedule for it yet. Hopefully I can keep Mondays open :-)

I envy you guys with your days off during the week. :p Must be nice! My fundamentals is 10 cr., Monday-Friday, and pretty much 8-3 p.m. I have about 2-3 days of lecture, 1 lab day, and 1 clinical day. Our lab day and clinical day hasn't been assigned yet because the class is split into groups. So, half the class with have lab or clinical on one day, and the other half on the other day. If I am lucky to be placed in lab on Wednesdays and clinical on Thursdays, THEN I will get Friday off. But, there is no telling right now whether who is placed where. Plus, clinicals don't start until the 3rd week.

Good luck everyone.

I have clinical applications 1 lab on wednesday 6am to 130. Clinical applications1 8-11 thursday, intro to nursing lecture 12-1 thursday, and intro to nursing skills lab 1:05 to 4. Then I have two online classes to give me 12 credits actually 13 end of life is online and only eight weeks. Also medical fiction is online but the whole 16 weeks.

Congratulations! I've received my schedule. There are some off-weeks where we have to go every day for special things or extra clinicals. But aside from that, I have Fundamentals on Mon and Thurs 3:45-6:15, then Dosage Calc (8 weeks) and Care Planning (another 8 weeks) on Mondays 6:30-8:10. Lab on Wednesdays 5-8:40 and Clinicals on Saturdays (except for a couple of weeks in which it's Friday and Saturday) 2:30-10:30. The place we're doing clinicals is an hour away from my house, so Saturdays are going to be tiring for me. Haha. But I'm looking forward to it!! :)

I have mine too, it's for BSN and 14 credits! I pretty much have Mon, tues mornings, we'd and thurs 9-4 and fri one hour class. Fundamentals is 7 credits with lab, then pharm, nursing theory and research. Fun fun!

I just want to pop on and say I totally envy where you are at this point.:) Congrats and good luck!
