For those of you in BSN programs: a question

what was your GPA when you were accepted into the program?

Hi! I live in Charlotte NC where the UoP is located, and I see advertised a lot.

Okay, this might be a stupid question. But I live in AZ, and I thought University of PHOENIX was located in AZ?? I always see the UofP buildings when I drive through there, anyway. So how could it be located in NC?

The University of Phoenix is a rather large University system, with satelite locations in several major cities. On their web site, they show the locations of their satelite colleges. I know there are several located in Florida, one in NC and others around the country. They also have their online program. From the latest information I could find, UoP's online class size is over 14,000 strong. Now, thats a lot of students.

3.75. my school required a 2.75 overall and a 2.5 in the sciences. i think this is pretty standard for any nurse program both adn and bsn. depending on enrollment status, schools can change their requirements at anytime. i know plenty of people who were accepted with a 2.0.

3.6, all A's in pre-reqs. I have 45 or so in my class but we are a satelite branch of a program that has another 200 or so at the maiin campus.

For the BSN program I am starting in the fall, about 150 are accepted. There were 825 Applicants. The GPA cut-off was 3.70.
