For those of you in BSN programs: a question

what was your GPA when you were accepted into the program?

Boy there sure are alot of smarties out there. :)

My stats are:

GPA from previous degree (biology) 3.6

GPA including nursing pre-requisites 3.9

1200 apply every fall 140 are accepted.

Could the competition for nursing school get any stiffer? :chuckle

I had a 3.8 going in, and a 97th percentile on the Pre-NLN test.

300 something people applied for 40 spots.

THAT is insanity.

3.8 in prereqs, 3.2 overall because my first years in college I screwed around!!

Got in without a hitch....

3.05 from my undergrad days (though the gpa of the last 2 years was significantly higher) and 4.0 in pre-reqs.

Another future TWU student here. I got in with a 3.8.

I got into my BSN program with a 3.2 (not great I know). A minimum of 3.0 was required to get into the summer entry program. I'm almost done with my junior year, and I have a 3.55

I think a 3.2 is GREAT! I don't see why anyone wouldn't think so. Good for the people with the 4.0 and everything, but I had a 2.9 and am VERY proud of it. That's a B- to a B for God sakes! With my busy life outside of school, good for us!!:)
