by the way.. i haven't gone through fingerprinting yet.. thinking that if i go through it, that it would be a problem.. would the NBI here in the Philippines know if the card is still good for use?

In OR at the county court house they had a computer do our fingerprinting. I dont know if the crease will effect it or not, but it might and if you want to prevent yourself from going through a hastle then I would just re-do it.

I would redo it if you are concerned. Actually, the technician doing the printing should have rejected the card if he suspected a problem with it. Get new cards and prepare to do it again if this set gets rejected, but I would not worry about it.

I know in my state they do fingerprinting by computer. I discovered that at the Sheriff's Office they have thousands of fingerprint cards identical to the one sent to you by the BON, they're just not pre-addressed. If the cards are the same, just have the fingerprint guy fill in the missing info on a new card.
