@Artemesiac Just checked my status... nothing yet.

This may drive me crazy.  Just sayin' ?

hdjdjdhdjs they better update tonight, I just gotta know

Aaaaaaghhh

I'm pretty sure (looking at past semesters) the email will lag way behind the application status site, so let's all just refresh that every 2 seconds

Where do you guys see the application status??

In my portal, it says no pending applications..

Ohhhhhh that’s for transfer students...I’m already a student at CSULB!

I'm also a second degree student, though, so it's going to take me another week after everyone else finds out!  LOL

Oh no... I'm a second degree applicant too! Do post-bacc applicants usually get notified later than transfers?! Do you know how much later by any chance? The past two weeks have already been too much for me. I can only imagine how I would be like once people start posting they've been accepted. I would be nervous as hell.....

@Gwyneth Savella-Dye @V_eraTOTALLY FR... the last few cycles it's taken the 2nd degree folks at least another few days, sometimes longer, to find out.

For the Fall 2020 cohort, looks like they had their communication exercise on 3/11. Decisions went out on 3/27 (so, just a little over 2 weeks later) and many people only found out b/c they checked their application status... the notification emails were somewhat delayed.  Second degree applicants didn't get notification until 4/8 (so, almost two weeks after that).

Remember, though, this was at the beginning of COVID, so some delays were due to the fact that they were getting started working from home, etc.  Hoping the delay is somewhat smaller this time around.

Thank you so much for sharing the info! I mean we still have another week since they said it would take 2-3 weeks, but I think we're all just so anxious to hear back from them.LOL

Just because I was curious (and I'm torturing myself LOL)... Spring 2020 Cohort stats:  communication exercise 10/23, acceptances reflected on self-service portal 11/1 (just one week later!), 2nd degree students notified 11/10.
