CSULB Spring 2021

Is anyone planning on using a zoom background? I can't decide if that would look bad to the interviewers or not.

I'm not going to use one but I feel like they wouldn't mind if you do. As long as they can hear and see you it should be fine 

Got confirmation from Nancy that a webcam is required as well as docs being okay to use.

I am beyond nervous! I felt good in the moment, but looking back at the meeting I'm doubting everything I did ? how do you feel?

@mimo03, I am in the 1pm group actually. was it a group exercise still? and I'm sure you'll be fine!

Oh sorry, I misunderstood! I'm not sure how much info we are allowed to give out, so I'll keep it brief. There's a small writing assignment and then you'll be put into groups for answering questions.

did the exercise last the entire time (until 10:30)? ?

I feel the same way!! Everyone in my group was so articulate, but I was so nervous, I felt like I babbled.  I think my writing prompt was somewhat better.

I believe the actual exercise was about an hour. The last 30 or so minutes were open for Q&A with the faculty.

Same! It's all kind of a blur to me now and I don't remember what I said LOL 

I'm sure you both did great! I will probably be feeling the same way after, though. 

Can anyone say if they ask the typical interview questions? I'm assuming not
