CSULB FALL 2020

Hello. I wanted to create this forum for people who are applying to Cal State Long Beach for Fall 2020. This is a place where we can compare and discuss statistics between us, as well as ask questions regarding the program.

I'm still holding out hope that LB will overlook the english but I would be happy to get into any RN program including the ADN programs. I'm gonna check in here on this thread so I can see when people start getting the communication exercise emails and I'll keep my fingers crossed

It's only been 6 days after the application deadline and I've already grown so impatient waiting for someone to get a communication exercise email LOL. I hope your English comp is overlooked as well, since you have really good teas scores as well as a 4.0 for science!

Hi all. This is around the time last year when they sent the communication emails. I haven’t received anything yet, but keep us all updated if you hear anything. ?

Hi!

My stats:

Science GPA: 3.78 (= 3.78 points)

GE GPA: 4.0 (= 2 points)

TEAS Composite Score 85.3% ( = 1.71 points)

TEAS Reading Score 89.4% (= 1.79 points)

total = 9.28

I know my score is a little low but I'm optimistic! The wait is killing me.

Hey there! Hopefully you get in. ?

The wait is killing me as well. Last year the communication emails came out Feb 21st, but the year before that the emails came out March 13th so I guess there is not way of knowing for sure when they will send them. Hopefully it is soon!

Hey everyone!

My stats:

Science GPA: 4.0 (=4 pts)

GE GPA: 4.0 (=2 pts)

TEAS Composite: 93.3 (=1.866pts)

TEAS Reading: 89.4 (=1.788pts)

Total: 9.654

Good luck to everybody applying! The wait for the communication email is killing me, but hopefully we receive it within the next couple of weeks.

Thanks for responding! Hopefully we both get in because we have very similar scores. Mines 9.628. Good luck!!!

Just got the email for the communication exercise! Anyone else?

I got the email too! I AM CRYING

OMG congrats guys! Me tooo. I am so incredibly happy.

Congrats everyone! My app still says pending ahhh

Congrats everyone! For the nutrition doodle poll, did it allow you to click the "yes" or "no" bubbles? It didn't work for me. I left a note on the poll, but I'm wondering if I should contact Nancy.

Same, the nutrition poll didn't work for me. But I was able to submit my time for the communication exercise.
