Hey guys, thanks for creating this thread. These are my stats

Science GPA: 4.0

GE GPA: 4.0

TEAS reading: 85.1%

TEAS overall: 94.7%

Total: 9.596

I’m a little nervous about my reading score, specially after seeing yours lol Good job!

Quick question, did any of you receive a confirmation email after submitting the SON application?

Hey there! We appear to me on the same level. I have a 9.628. hopefully we both get in!! ? and No I did not get a confirmation. I was weirded out by that as well. I emailed SON and I asked them if they received my app and my TEAS transcript. Nancy responded back and confirmed they received both. If you are feeling weird about it I would email SON to confirm. It is weird they don’t send a confirmation email lol.

Yes! We have almost the same total points lol I really hope we get in, it would be a shame not getting a spot. But with such a competitive pool of applicants it is hard to know?

Omg Speaking of errors on the application and everything, I just noticed I made an error on the supplemental application. I realize I put my chemistry class is as 4 credits instead of 5. My nursing application and the Cal State apply application is correct though. I just notified the school of nursing as well as the admissions office. Waiting for them to get back to me. Hopefully this doesn’t affect anything ?????

Last year they started sending the communication exercise emails on Feb 21st which is only 11 days after the deadline. Seems like they look thru the applications pretty quickly. Hopefully it goes the same way this year...

Oh, awesome! I really hope they send it early, we don't need this kind of stress haha. Also, you'll probably be fine with putting 4 units instead of 5. Mistakes happen

Yeah I’d imagine it will be fine... at the same time they seem so strict! lol. I’ll keep you guys updated on why they say

Just an update... they contacted me back and said that since I have a 4.0 GPA, the amount of credits I put down does not affect anything since it does not change my gpa. Carl from admissions is so nice and understanding so if anyone has issues on there supplemental or calstateapply app, all him directly. I can give you his number if anyone needs it ?

Good Luck to you! Just FYI CSULB goes by Pre-Req GPA and Science Pre-Req GPA.... not cumulative GPA like CSULA does... lol
