Internals automatically move to the second round of interviews. They rate your application I believe based on the essay questions. Based on their rubric deduct points if you don't answer all the topics they asked for within the question. That's all I know not sure if they rate anything else... BSN, ADN, certifications, etc

It still says under review but the last update was today!

No im not internal, but I did my peds rotations at CHLA so that might have helped me.

Applied with ICU preceptorship experience + clinicals at CHLA. Talked about how I loved the culture at CHLA, amazing nurses. No medical experience other than nursing school.

If u go on linkedin, CHLA has recruiters promote the applications. Some are pretty responsive to my messages on there.

I was actually hired last cohort but was unfortunately one of the units that was cancelled because of the budget cuts. Luckily I was selected for interviews again this round. I just have an ADN but my BSN is in process, but I have BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS... No experience besides clinicals, and I didn't have rotations at CHLA. 

Hi! Once you guys clicked "sign up" it changed to "selected" right? And that was basically it? just want to make sure I didn't miss any other step to confirm the date.
