  1. just got a rejection for st joes!
  2. Yeah, could take up to a week though. But the guy I was talking to during our interviews ended up receiving the position so that's how I knew. I got a rejection exactly 1 week after my interview through email... The unit managers know who they want to hire right after interviews bc they only interviewing like 4-6 people. It's just the paperwork behind everything.
  3. Talent Acquisition sent me an email right now ❤️ So they're still sending offers (if I didn't email the educator I would have never known I was getting offered!) Good luck everyone!!
  4. Thank you! It's been 1 year and 2 months but finally! Ugh so excited...
  5. I emailed the educator and have been emailing her! Haven't received official offer but found out right now!
  6. St Mary's is offering me NICU!
  7. This is what I got from the educator: I am so glad to hear from you. I wanted to let you know that the hiring managers are eager to extend an offer to you, however, there is a delay on our sides with creating the position/requisition for you. I apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause. I appreciate your patience as we get through all the paperwork. Please continue to check your emails daily for correspondence from TA, including your spam and junk folders. So I am assuming that it's an internal problem with TA... I still have not received any offer
  8. When I emailed the educator for St Mary's, she told me Talent Acquisition is backed up and to wait for an email from them but they're extending an offer to me. I didn't receive a call or anything from hiring manager. I think they have all the people they want to offer but they didn't yet IMO...
  9. I realized you interviewed for the other hospitals as well. St Mary's case study was the same format as Mission except it was on stroke. I didn't find their interview as difficult as Mission Hospital but that was also the environment of the interview itself (my interviewers were conversating to me rather than just asking questions)
  10. Hey, I interviewed last cohort. They send interview invites in one wave and if you do not get any update or receive a call by the RN New Grad Coordinator, it's a rejection, unfortunately. They contact you if you do not get a job through email after a week (hiring managers make decisions 1-2 days after interview). Good luck!
  11. No idea, Donessa was the educator for St Mary's and sent us Meet and Greet information... I would try to contact recruiter or the person who sent you meet and greet info (if there was one) It seems that with Talent Acquisition, there is a delay in paperwork, so hospitals will probably still be sending out offers this week... don't give up hope 😭🫶
  12. I contacted Donessa and she said that they're extending an offer to me however there's a delay! For St Mary's :)!
  13. did anyone/know anyone that received any offers? IDK if I should wait this week out or just give up LOL.
