Has anyone been reached out for an interview? After application it was like radio silent and I haven't heard of anyone bring it up on facebook either.

Any updates? Have they sent out all the offers already?

They sent an email to me today from SJO telling us what units are available.

Was all of them Med Surg based or is it based on your unit of interest?

From what I have seen on facebook groups it focuses on "Tell me about a time" and they ask you a clinical judgement type of question. When is your interview? I have mine coming up soon as well

I haven't gotten anything. No call for interview, no rejection, no contact beyond the questionnaire. I hope you are having better luck with your other apps.

I was told by HR when I called that we can only find out more about why we got rejected if we email the [email protected] to reach the talent acquisition team. I was told since I answered that I graduated from my BSN more than 12 months ago it was an automatic rejection : (

I hope we still stand a chance. As long as we haven't gotten a rejection email I'd say there is a chance....I really hope

They also opened Oncology/Sugery yesterday

Congrats! Did you get interviewed already for the first round and get an offer?

It can be that they haven't decided on them just yet. You still have a chance. I thought mine were going to not be retained when I started hearing others being able to schedule interviews, but that was far from true. I was selected to interview for 2 locations. As long as you are still "under consideration" there is hope!

I also got the interview time slot and saw there was 2 time slots left after me.

Mine said the same, but I got the rejection email today

Nope, I heard form an employee that since so many people apply to Joe's, they highly prioritize internals and previous students. We all still have a chance as long as they haven't sent a rejection

I got the rejection too. It could be that they closed it already, but the system takes time to update on the public website. I hope they open up more applications soon so we can keep applying
