HelloI was wondering how long it takes to hear from excelsior after you send them your application? I sent mine approximately 2 weeks ago. Do I have to wait to hear from them before I send my enrollment form and money? Also do they usually communicate via email or do they send you something in the mail? :wink2::wink2::wink2:Thanks, Tonya

Be patient, things will start moving before you know it. Did you take the first exam yet, that one you can take without being enrolled? Do you have any general eds to take? You can also take those now. Use the search engine here to get answers to a bunch of questions you may have. Trust me some have already been asked a dozen times. Good luck.
crazywoman 73 Posts Apr 4, 2009 Hey guysThanks for the info - I have already took NC1 but I do have 2 more prereq. to take so I guess I will go head and work on them. It is English and American Literature and I know how boring they are going to be.Thanks, Tonya:bow::bow:

Once they received all of my paperwork for the application process---and a phone call and an email through MyEC---it only took 1 week. I sent in my enrollment info with the application....so once my application was accepted, it took 3 days to get me enrolled. The key...if you want it to be done quickly is to call or email. The squeaky wheel gets the grease...The only reason I was so pushy was that I wanted to get my ATT for Chronicity. I am currently ready to test and had to wait almost 4 weeks for a Saturday test date and wanted to get done ASAP. But like everyone else said it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks if you just send it in and wait on them. Good luck!Felicia
crazywoman 73 Posts Apr 4, 2009 HelloSo I cannot send my enrollment application until I hear back from excelsior to make sure that I am accepted. Is this correct? Thanks
fmoore723 206 Posts Specializes in L&D, Maternal Fetal Medicine, LTC. Has 7 years experience. Apr 4, 2009 I sent both at the same time---both via snail mail. I never thought of them not accepting me. I doubt that it could hurt to send them in. The Bursars office holds your enrollment information until you are accepted and then it is processed. All I had to do was call the Bursars office and have them process it---which like I said took 3 days---and it was all done. Felicia
