When people say ADN schools look at math and science grades, what classes are they talking about?
This school I'm applying to requires only pre-algebra. I have algebra and statistics. As well as, a/p and micro. Is this it? Should I have something more?
Thanks!

You would need to look at that school specific requirements. Each school is different in their requirements for getting in to a program. Research you school find out what they are looking for.

You may have to have chemistries as well; organic and inorganic.
I know you're trying to be helpful but organic and inorganic chemistry is not a pre-requisite of nursing school. Med school..yes.

for most BSN program, both chem classes are a requirement. For your ADN they are not & those math classes would probably be ok, but definitely check with the requirements. Also, think long & hard about if you will continue for your BSN. I only took requirements for ADN & now have a lot more classes to take when I continue to get my BSN....just something to think about (I wish I had)

i had to take both in nursing school. that was a bsn program, though, so i don't know if that makes a difference (it shouldn't.)
