Accepted. It is real now!

Yes, I did get accepted to my #1 ABSN program of choice! After first being waitlisted. I am changing careers and I guess it only felt half real when I was taking prerequisites and still working in my current line of work. But now it is REAL! Ordering scrubs and equipment.

Working on wrapping my mind around it now:) Yey!

Wow, congrats! I wish you well on your journey.

Congratulations! These are my favorite types of posts!

Congratulations!! Isn't it the strangest feeling to go from elated to wanting to throw up, to elated again? That's how I found it. Ordering scrubs and a stethoscope are fun though!

Congratulations!

Is it a good idea to do General Arts and Science before entering Practical Nursing? PN doesn't start before Sept anyways. Any suggestions?

Congrats! That is kinda how I feel. I have been trying to do this for a while taking pre-reqs here or there. This is the second time I applied to my program, and now I am finally in. It is all I talk about and it is finally here. Enjoy it! We worked hard for it

I felt the same surreal thing all through my prereqs as I lived my normal family life of wife, mother and everything else that I've done for 2.5 decades now. But I'm now in my 2nd quarter of ABSN and it sure doesn't feel fake anymore. Congratulations to you!
