I know my previous Philo class was a killer...loads of reading assingments. I'm also taking an ethics class...Bio Medical Ethics and I know the prof is tough, he wrote the book.

It seems like you already are taking 13 units which is full time. I would focus on the Micro, it may be a handful and it seems like your other classes may be a lot of reading. If you want another class take something like dance to keep your body moving...it keeps the mind moving too!

Just my opinion, you know what's best for you.

All I know is I took a Philosophy class one time and I dropped it because there was SO MUCH reading! I didn't have time for it, the reading was insane.....lol Its not hard, just a lot of reading (and I am a reader so for me to say that....) It was way more reading than any English Lit class I have ever taken.

Of course maybe that was just my professor so ask around and see if you can find out or go look at the book they will be using and go from there.

I don't know about the other courses, but I have a bachelors degree with a major in anthropology. Not difficult, but a lot of reading and writing as well.

I would definately spend a lot of time on Micro. You may not have enough extra time to spend on all the reading for your Philosophy class. JMO

I think it depends on how many other outside obligations you have as to whether or not this courseload is too overwhelming... and of course ultimatley no one can decide that but you.

I will say this - I've taken quite a few online courses, and for the most part they seem to be a bit more work than the more traditional classes - require more self-discipline and direction.

Good luck! I haven't even begun thinking about what classes to sign up for in the spring yet... :(
