Need your help re: isolation precautions

Hi everyone,

Could you please take a moment to review the isolation precautions I have listed and let me know if I am on the right track? Different sources have contradicting information and I want to make sure I have these straight. Thank you so much!

Although it is from 2007, and the influenza needs to be updated (it's blank), the CDC has a document which states which isolation requiement is needed for each disease process. It is a long document, but it is in Appendix A, on page 95 of the document.
