We have to do a small (15-20mins) teaching project geared towards the middle aged adult or elderly.... Do you have any suggestions of anything to do.. I am at a blank...

How about diabetes? Type 2 diabetes often goes undiagnosed for quite a long time and there are many people out there that have no idea of the warning signs or the damage it can do to your body if left untreated. Just an idea anyhow.

anything to do with nutrition and aging is a good topic too, you can expand and r/t disease process, etc.

i was thinking something along the lines of hydrations. seems like it's so hard to keep the elderly well hydrated at times.

Muscle wasting due to decreased activity and improper nutrition.
