You can't make this stuff up

(And I could say the same thing about something practically every day at work, but especially those every-once-in-a-while really funny/crazy/weird things - but couldn't we all?).

One of my residents thought his member had shrunk and that it was due to his pull-ups. After confirming that he could urinate fine, had no pain, numbness, redness, swelling ... I assured him repeatedly that he was OK and that the pull-ups had nothing to do with it. He kept telling ME repeatedly that he wasn't going to wear them any more, and that he needed boxers! Boxers!

So I texted a co-worker telling her that pull-ups have been recalled due to the possible side effect of "hypomember".

Dang! Now I have to follow my own best act!

That shrinks my member more than my pull-ups ever did!

Did you say... Dang?

(It's refer again!)

Did you say... Dang?

OMG! FLASHBACK!

(It's refer again!)

Yeah, but I did not inhale!

Yeah, but I did not inhale!

Then why the flashbacks, crazed obsession with feces and micro member?

Sounds like drugs to me.

Dang.

Some of us are just wired that way, Babe!

My condolences! To Belinda!

Hypomember, not micromember.

I'm a bit flustered.

Farawyn, you are such a very dear virtual friend. You know that I care deeply for you.

I just want to let you know that if you ever have a problem, I'll be right here, on AN.com, to read about it.

Your indifference is truly boundless. :inlove:

Yesterday my client was telling me about a caregiver that she can't stand (she thinks this caregiver is too bossy). She said, "Whenever I know she's coming, I have to gird my loins! Gird my loins...I think that's somewhere in the Bible. But what are my loins? And why are we girding them??"

You'd be surprised, Purp.

Instructions with illustrations are always nice:

I lurk around that website all the time.

I love that poster, but I have no one who would appreciate it.

I always get "girding loins" and "gilding the lily" mixed up, but clearly, now I can see, they are 2 totally different things!
