Yay for me. I past HD1!!

I passed Health Differences 1 today with a "B".. YAY.. I am so excited. I was nervous going in there today. I took my HD1 practice exam last night and only scored a 58.. I have been studying for weeks. I flagged so many questions and went back and changed many of them. That made me very nervous, but it turned out good in the end.

One thing I learned after todays test is to make sure I know all the hallmark signs of any condition/disorder that is on an exam. When I study from now on I need to just pull out the very important items. I also need to have an overall feeling of the subject at hand, instead of writing and rewriting notes. For instance with Respiratory they all pretty much fall into the same category for s/s. So just pull out what is different.

Sorry I'm babbling.. I need to type this out so I can actually do this for my next exam.:yeah:

Thank you.. this nursing thing as been a very long road for me. I am very excited about today. So excited that the title of this thread was spelled wrong. OOPS!:imbar

Traci,

Congrats! I felt exactly the same about this particular exam. I was more excited about getting a B on this one than some A's I had got on other ones. I was just praying for a C. This excitement will give you the energy to study for the other ones. You are doing good. Traci
