So the BON came to speak with us and ask us questions because they are doing their re-approval process, she came on zoom with us and asked students questions. One student loudly and proudly said " I always give medications by myself! The instructor said its OK" somebody tried to save her by interrupting and said" no we never do that we always wait for a nurse or our instructor" but then she started arguing with the student (right in front of the BON) " its OK if I do it because I passed my skills!" .......................I know that it is not OK for this to happen ( and against the law / my program syllabus) and another student admitted she did it too. My question is , do you think we will be re-approved and able to graduate after something like that ?

What reapproval process is this for? Is the school on probation? What is NCLEX pass rate for this program?

Nah you aren’t explaining what recertifications BON is doing. Just as Olive said.

Basically an idiot student admitted to do doing something illegal to the BON of nurses and two other students admitted the same thing
The student is an idiot for telling the truth and owning up to a mistake?
Still no clue what you mean by recertification, BON being involved...maybe contact someone at the BON and ask directly what the status is of what you concerns are.

Jesus no one understands my English
she didn’t own up and admit a mistake she thought she was being a good sport about medicating patients without a nurse or anyone else knowing about it. That is an idiot. She thought the BON (the person who works for the state )would be impressed . She wasn’t. This was a while ago and since than the student had been thrown out.

People are trying to ask you-- what is the certifying body? The Board of Nursing usually wouldn't be involved in accrediting a nursing program. Just clarify to help us out: What sort of meeting was this, in which a bunch of students were on the call and also a representative of some accrediting body?

The Board of Nursing in my state did make a visit to approve the new program we were proposing, it is not only paperwork to get approval or continued approval for a program.. Some states get more involved than others. I can understand the value of meeting with the current students to hear if the faculty are following through with what they say is happening.
Here is what is in our state Rules:
Quote Full routine site visits may be conducted by the Division for periodic evaluation. The visits will be utilized to determine compliance with the Act. Unannounced site visits may be conducted when the Division obtains evidence that would indicate the program is not in compliance with the Act or this Part.

The OP did state the state came for re-approval of the program. The issue of accreditation was proposed in a follow-up question posed to the OP.
