Where is there no wait to go to school?

Hello everybody! Does anyone know of a few good spots to apply to school that don't have 1-3 year waits just to get in?? Currently live in CA, and more than willing to move to get started! Waits here are looong. Thank you!!

if your grades/test scores are good enough you won't have to wait at all.

BSN program? Try Kansas :D

You can get an Associate's at Coastal Bend College in Pleasanton, TX with no wait. It is about 30 or 40 miles outside of San Antonio. Most students in San Antonio don't even know about it.:twocents:

Georgia Nursing schools do not have a wait...but they are very competitive. I think there is actually a girl at my school who moved here to go to NS.

Apply to s BSN school in California. If you have good enough grades you will not have to wait at all. The community colleges use the lotto system; put your name in a hat along with C average students...

I have a girl in my class who moved here (Charleston, SC) from CA because of the crazy wait lists out there. If you like the east coast, MUSC doesn't have a wait list. :)

Try Niagara Community College or Erie Community College around Buffalo, NY. Last I heard there was no wait list for either one - it is mainly based on your grades. If your grades aren't the best, you can go into an extended program for an extra year (3 instead of 2) at ECC to get your prerequites done and your grades up. Thou at NCCC you must be a self-motivator cause they don't give you much help and pile on the work!
