Where were u hired? (ADN)

Did you move out state? I'm currently in CA and wiling to move. Have a BA in another field but am definitely planning to get my BSN. Just want to know where (geographic and area wise) your first job as an ADN grad was? 2013 grads and forward...

Thanks!

Cool and congrats! Do you work in a hospital, clinic?

Graduated in December 2013 and I went to school in and work in Las Vegas, NV. I work in a hospital.

Mississippi gulf coast hospitals all hire ADNs

I live in the midwest and I was hired as an RN in a hospital before graduation. I hated the unit so I switched to the ER.

Alabama. Graduated May 2014. Hired our of school into a level II Trauma ED

Texas hospital

In the ICU but quit and started in an ER

Georgia med surg floor then burn intermediate/stepdown unit looking to go to burn ICU after 6months - 1 year in intermediate

Edited to say I graduated December 2014

I was hired at Chicago hospital after graduating. On another note, a major health system here with several hospitals in Chicago and burbs (Advocate, All Magnet) here just dropped BSN requirement at various hospitals. I don't work for Advocate, but I heard BSN crap was keeping unit managers from hiring experienced people.
