You can find this information with a google search of salaries in the DFW. There is no pay difference between a ADN vs BSN nurse that I know of other than at the VA.
What are the hours like as a RN with a AD,b.d,md,and dd?like what is the schedule like?Anyone with personal experience at Presbyterian?

THR, the company that owns the Presbyterian hospitals, will not hire nurses with two year degrees. Getting in as a new graduate nurse is highly competitive with people who worked there during nursing school frequently unable to secure a job as an RN after graduation. Their new graduate Versant program is highly sought after and not very many people make it in. THR does not hire new graduates directly to the floor or departments. They only come in through the Versant program. In fact, the majority (if not all) of the new graduate positions in all DFW hospitals come through their new graduate programs. Almost none of them hired directly to the floor. It is very hard to get a job in acute care as a new graduate in the DFW area.
Hours as an RN vary widely depending on the type of nursing being done. Floor nurses work 12 hour shifts in most DFW hospitals, usually 7 AM to 7 PM and vice versa.
Pay for new graduate nurses in the DFW area ranges from $22-25/hr on average. There is no difference in pay for ASN versus BSN; however, most DFW hospitals will no longer hire new graduate ASNs. BSN is the gold standard. Pay for more advanced roles and degrees varies widely on the type of position it is, level of degree held, level of experience, length of time with the company, who the employer is, negotiating skills of the individual, etc.
You would be very unwise to focus only on working for THR/Presby. It is a difficult job to obtain and getting a new graduate nurse position in acute care is difficult in general even without limiting yourself to only one entity. You will want to cast your net far and wide in hopes of getting any nibbles of interest.

Careful with your aberrations DD is developmental disabilities, MD is medical doctorate. I presume you mean ASN/ADN --associates degree nurse, BSN bachelor of science in nursing, MSN masters of science in nursing and doctoral degrees are DNS (doctor of nursing science), PhD (doctorate of philosophy usually academic or research based) DNP doctor of nursing practice, EdD educational doctorate

Aberrations lol
Love autocorrect!
I disagree in THR does not hire ADN. In my ADN program there were quite a few who were accepted into the Versant program. Additionally I sat down with a nurse manager at THR my 3rd semester in my ADN program on a Tele floor expressing my concerns of not being hired due to being in a ADN program and she assured me that THR has a partnership with El Centro therefore they definetely hire ADN nurses.
I hate when people scare others into thinking they won't get a job because they are an ADN nurse. Will it be difficult, sure but that is the same for BSN nurses. Lets not kidd ourselves into thinking it is about skill, school, or anything else for that matter. It is who you know and once you get an interview its about how well they feel you will fit in with their floor.
OP, good luck with your job search. I do agree to not limit yourselves to THR rather extend your search to the entire metroplex and network in the hospital. You will do just fine!
At least yours was easily translated. I have no idea what the OP says.
