Hi, I have an interview coming up and I am debating on what I should wear. Just to clarify, I am a female applying for a regular RN position on a medsurg floor.
Option 1: Grey pencil skirt (not overly fitted, knee length) nice cream top and black blazer or no blazer
option 2: black pants, cream top, black blazer
Neither of these and something else?
Please let me know what is best. Thanks.

I vote option 2, the suit. I had my first interview not too long ago and went with a suit (and got the job!)
Good luck to you!!!

Go to the nearest bank. Peek in the offices of any female loan officer or mid level exec. Dress the way they do! It worked for me, I scored my dream job just today and that is how I decided on how to dress.
