What to do know?

I have been a nurse for a few years. I have been to medsurg, icu, and now home health. I went back for my BSN. I had always planned to go for NP, but after working in the hospital, I don't see it for me, but I want to continue my education. I am really happy right now, but I don't want to do home health forever. I think about getting a MBA that I could use in nursing or far away from nursing. I have consider information systems since nursing has to be computerized in the next few years. What king of future plans are you all making?

Have you looked into the RHIA certification? Perhaps HIT (health information technology) or EMR (electronic medical records)? These fields are exploding in popularity due to the mandates for electronic medical records.

I have looked into HIT, but I do not know what RHIA is. At my previous job we had EMR, but is there program just for EMR? Thanks for feed back.
