Has anyone gotten rid of their ATI books after graduation and NCLEX? My school told us that we could sell them to anyone else (which makes sense), but I really don't see the need for them anymore, should I just trash them?
Thanks!

I gave away about $1000 worth of nursing texts and review books to a new RN student. Don't know what she did with them and don't care. I hope they helped her.

Donate them to a library or another nursing student at your school. Even dated material is useful.

I kept all my textbooks and review stuff...which has been a godsend for the BSN bridge program that I'm currently in--I don't need to go to a library for additional resources :)
If you don't plan to keep your materials, IMO donate them to your local library. Even though they won't be current in a few years, they'll still get a lot of use by a lot of people.

If I didnt worry about what it would do to the environment I would be having a bonfire at the beach with mine.

You can sell or donate them...
or kick back a few beers and burn, baby, burn.
