Welcome Students!!

I am happy to see an LPN Student Forum for us. I have been an LPN since 2006, and basically wanted to 'drop in', say hello and wish you all very well in your studies. And, to thank the moderators for quickly accomodating a need. :nurse:

Thanks so much for this - I think it's a great idea. Just one question. Will the "seasoned" LPNs still stop by here and help out with our questions? {please?} THANK YOU!!

I posted a thread specifically asking if any of the seasoned LPNs would visit this forum and assist the students. :)

Welcome to all, I've been an LPN since 1984, mainly in geriatrics, LTC. I took the CLTC exam and certified in geriatrics. I have been Staff nurse, charge nurse, restorative rehab nursing coordinator, medicare supervisor, case manager- you name it. I am also finishing for my RN and should be done within a year. ( I needed to make good use of the 87 credits, I've been carrying around for 20 years!!!!!!)

So I'll be checking in and hopefully I can help out!

:wink2:

Hi all!

This section is a great idea. I'll try to stop by and see how things are going. Hang in there and remember the year will fly by. Jules

I have been an LPN since 2006 (relatively a newbie to the career). I'll also stop in to see how you all are doing.
