i want to work in USA

With retrogression you are looking at years before moving to the US so plenty of time to get sorted. If looking at Florida then you need to meet their requirements for foreign trained nurse and one of their requirements is CES by CGFNS. Florida will not touch your application until that is done. All info can be found on their website. You will not be allowed to sit NCLEX until you meet requirements and the exam can be taken in a lot of International sites you just need to find one near to you.

Yes, you will need to pass the NCLEX-RN exam before being able to start the immigration process. But it is offered in many other countries, including Germany and the UK as an examples. They would probably be the closest to where you are located.

You do not need to get green card before you start the process. You can not get green card without a petitioner and job and to get that you need to meet requirements and pass NCEX whcih can all be done from oversease outside of the USA. Please take the time to do some reading on here as there is retrogression and you are looking at years before you get to Green card stage
